What steel material do you use for steel structures and what is the warranty period?
Mainly Q235B/Q355B national standard steel with sandblasting and multi-layer anti-corrosion paint. The designed service life of the main structure is 50 years, and full material certificates can be provided.
Can you design according to local wind load, snow load and building codes?
Yes. We can deepen the drawings based on local seismic resistance, wind and snow loads to meet local acceptance standards in overseas countries.
Is installation guidance available? Can our workers assemble it by themselves?
All bolt-connected for easy assembly. Complete drawings and installation manuals are provided, together with remote video guidance. On-site engineer service is optional for large projects.
How long is the production lead time? How do you pack goods for sea shipment?
4–6 weeks for standard workshops, 8–12 weeks for special-shaped buildings. All components are reinforced packed with edge protection to prevent deformation during long-distance sea transport.
What about after-sales service? Can you resupply damaged components later?
We offer lifelong free technical consultation. Lost or damaged parts can be remade at cost price, and we also supply structural reinforcement and maintenance solutions.
